  I raised my year and a half old Goldendoodle named Darby from the time he was 8 weeks old. I wasn't happy with his first vet. I am now very happy with Banfield. The vets really listen to any concerns I have. They don't rush, they really take the time to give Darby the best care possible. I trust Banfield on Mayo and I would recommend them to others.

  Over the course of the last year this has gone from a great company and location to a catastrophe. I suspect a management shift is behind this. They NEVER answer phones. They NEVER have openings for our sick dog. We even pay for their insurance and can't get an appointment. It is sad to see what was once a great business have such a rapid decline in their level of service

  Extremely disappointed in this Banfield and the one in Desert Ridge. I have two dogs on the vet plan and when I called today with an emergency situation they told me to call another Banfield bc they were booked up. So I called Desert Ridge to be told they were booked and that was in my pets best interest to go into emergency vet. So why am I paying for a monthly plan if I should be going to the emergency vet? I've had to take my dogs to emergency two times before bc they couldn't be seen at Banfield. Looking for a new vet with a monthly plan that will actually see my dogs when they need to be seen.
