- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Lamont is 1st rate. Unfortunately the person who answers his phone leaves a lot to be desired. Immediately seems to put all calls on hold and while I called back after 9 minutes on another phone line she tried to put me on hold again. I asked for the office manager, was told they were not in and was put on hold. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SERVICES WERE RENDERED. Waited till the 15 minute mark with no response and decided to write this review! As I said, Dr. Lamont is first rate, but needs to address his office staff!August 17, 2017by DJ DONT GO HERE
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been managing a North Central Phoenix Dental Practice for over 20 years. We have referred hundreds of cases to Canyon Ridge Endodontics over the years, and in my opinion and that of my dentist, they are the BEST! Dr. Lammot and Dr. Khalifa and their staff are absolute ROCKSTARS!!! Endodontic treatment is the last ditch effort to save a tooth and they are honest and straight forward in telling you the expected outcome with endodontic treatment in their skillful hands. I have had several family members and personal friends as well that have received successful treatment there. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doctor Whiting and his assistant David were really amazing. I had been to several dentist who could not numb the area properly and Dr. Whiting was able to do so. He is by far the best dentist I have ever had. He was extremely attentive, constantly asking if I was okay or if I needed anything.
