  It's been 2 years and a day since Dr Tamir did my rhinoplasty surgery. He said it takes about 2 years for your new nose to settle in. Immediately following my surgery, my splint was embedded in my nose. At my 1 week post op, he did not want to remove it. I clearly showed him it was embedded in my nose, and he removed it. I now have a large scar, that he said he can do nothing about. Secondly, my nasal passages are collapsed now, and I cannot breath through my nose and I have to wear a nose strip every night in order to sleep. He told me to go see an ENT doctor to address this issue. Third, I have an exposed stitch inside my nose in the cartilage that hurts and gets infected with a lot of pus every 2 weeks. I use mupirocin 2 times a day to try to prevent mrsa infections, but it doesn't help much. I have had multiple visits to my ENT doctor and he told me I need to look for a surgeon that specializes in reconstructive surgery, he won't even attempt to try to open my nasal passages for fear of making things worse. My nose now looks like I ran into a wall and has no rounded contour at all. I know you take risks with elective surgeries, but I had no idea I would have to live with these type of issues, with no help from Dr Tamir. Make sure you do your research and know the risks you are taking. Am I a happy customer of Mosharrafa Plastic Surgery? Absolutely not. Pics below.

  I highly recommend Dr Ali Mosharrafa for your plastic surgery needs. His office staff is friendly and facilities are extremely clean. I love that the surgery center is in the same place as his office. I was extremely satisfied with the results of my breast augmentation. I referred both my sisters and a couple friends who were also very happy with their results. Thank you Dr. Mosharrafa!!!

  I have been a patient of Dr. Ali Mosharrafa's since the year 2000. He replaced my silicone breast implants with saline implants. My results were amazing! Now 16 years later, when one of my implants ruptured I would not consider going to any other surgeon. Again my results are AMAZING and beyond my expectations. Dr. Mosharrafa and his staff are incredible. They genuinely care about their patients and treat you like family!!!

  What a wonderful experience. Dr. Ali is a very caring physician and very talented. He goes beyond the normal to make sure his patients are happy. I have referred others to him and I'm sure they will have the same response. From the first visit through the procedure and the follow-up visit, the whole staff was amazing. The surgery center is a wonderful facility. No disappointments here. I highly recommend!
