  I showed up for my appointment (I thought it was at 1:45) at 1:45, signed in and sat down. At 2:05, the receptionist called me up and asked me what time I thought my appointment was. I replied with 1:45. She replied, "oh really? It was actually at 1:30." I stood there and said, ok, I'm sorry I was late then. She then told me I couldn't be seen because I was late. I told her that I've had this appointment scheduled for awhile (probably 3-4 months) and that I drove a long way to get here. She went back to the dr, told her my predicament and came back 5 minutes later and said they were short staffed, so I couldn't be seen. The receptionist asked if I wanted to be rescheduled and I told her no thanks. I drove 45 minutes to get to my appt, rearranged my days schedule and pulled my child out of preschool 2 hours early so I could make it to my appt. I will never go back here and I would not recommend friend or family to this office either.
