  I have been seeing Dr. Eisner for 3 years and have always had a great experience. There front office staff is very nice and Dr. Eisner was efficient, pleasant and thorough. Glad he is my eye doctor!!

  This doctor is a mean, rushed, awful person who literally REFUSED to say HELLO to me!!! I came for a glaucoma check and he WOULD NOT give me one. He literally looked in my eyes with a light and said they looked fine and told me to "go home". My mother and grandmother have severe glaucoma and my grandmother went blind from it, I am to have a yearly check. He spent a TOTAL of two minutes and was extremely rude!!! I left in tears. I have since found out that my insurance pays by the visit, which is why he wouldn't check my eyes!!! He'd already made his money when I walked through the door so he didn't care about my eyes.

  I went to see Dr Eisner in January and after looking at me for 3 minutes, told me that he really couldnt help me get new contact lenses. As I was walking out, he said there was no charge for the visit. A few weeks later, I get a bill for $140 - for the visit where he told me he couldnt help me. I mean - REALLY???? After writing an irate note on the payment stub, I spoke to someone there just a few days later. They informed me that they can charge anyone an office visit even if they just walk through the door. I told them I would inform people that they need to beware just walking through the door there at Dr. Eisner's office. People the fees was outrageous and there was truly no service rendered. I'd go somewhere else...
