- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient of Phoenix Family medical since they opened their Indian School office and continued as a patient through the opening of the Laveen location. There staff Doctors, Physician Assistants and Medical Assistant's are the best! They give the best service even at the busiest times of their day. I want to give special thanks to Michelle and Chelsea who have always treated me with respect and as if I am their only patient.
