- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A completely dysfunctional company: After waiting "on hold" for approx 10 mins you spend time answering their endless questions about your "account" They wouldn't "ship" the meds unless you "authorized" them to do so. According to the rep (who was very pleasant and tried endlessly to apologize for the incompetence of the company) they were supposed to call (which they didn't) . When it is determined they should ship the meds it takes 7-10 business days--that's TWO WEEKS!! I would never use this company if I had the choice, but I dont!!!
