  I went from a sonogram to measure babygirl, the tech was very nice and explained what she was doing. The doctor for consultation was awesome I had to leave for my daughter's kindergarten grad. I had this appointment for a month already so didn't want to reschedule but she let me resch my consult. But I did see her n my 1st OB did Gene test to early so she going to retest me. I see her at end of May, so I'm really happy to go back n talk to her.

  They never billed my insurance they sent me a bill for the services after 11 months. When I called and asked why they didn't bill my insurance, I was told " I never gave it to them when I came in." Which is not true the front desk took it when I came in for my first appointment, I remember this because I was sent there on a referral and I wanted to MAKE SURE they where IN NETWORK with my insurance and the girl called while I was there waiting. I didn't believe her so I called my insurance, who told me they had submitted 3 claims all of which were miss coded so they where denied. So with this information I called back to dispute the charges and of course no one will call me back. This has been going on for a month i have called 2 a week for the past 4 1/2 weeks im so over this!
