- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Without prior notice I was charged $300 for 40 minute consultation code 9943 for only 15-20 minutes of convincing me that the procedure may not be for me. And charged $15 for a urinalysis test that never happened. Plus spelling errors on bill. I would never recommend there unfair services.
