  I chose Dr. Ward based on the experience of two of my friends that had breast surgery with him in the past year. Even though I had heard great things about Dr. Ward, I tend to have very ropey scars and I was very nervous about the breast and abdomen procedures I had been considering. Dr. Ward and his staff immediately set me at ease. The front desk staff was helpful in working with my hectic schedule to set an appointment. Dr. Ward was informative and understanding about my concerns, and discussed the special measures he would take to help me heal with minimal scarring. I cannot say enough about Dr. Ward’s work. I am extremely please with the outcome of my surgery and would consider Dr. Ward again for future procedures.

  To begin with, Michelle was the deciding factor when choosing a surgeon for my procedure. From the very first time we spoke on the phone she gave me a sense of security and safety. I spoke with numerous other offices and never felt "cozy" the way Dr. Wards staff made me feel. In addition to a flawless procedure, I was educated about the process all along the way. I remember being surprised when the phone rang one day and it was Michelle, just calling to check on me. If you are considering a procedure, do not overlook this practice. It is full of beautiful souls and kind hearts.
