- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One star is too generous for what the manager of this agency Robert Himelrick tried to do to my family. He accused us of committing insurance fraud, even when his employee whom sold us the policy (Rebecca Kossmann) had told him in writing we did nothing of the sort. My wife and I both work in insurance and this could have cost us our jobs. Ultimately, the department of insurance found in our favor which only furthers proves how disgraceful the actions of Mr. Himlerick were. To top it off he never once apologized for his actions. With leadership of this caliber at this agency I’d stay far away.April 25, 2017by Alonso C
